Yoga Etiquette


  1. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for physical movement.

  2. Remove your shoes before entering the yoga space.

  3. Remove socks for the yoga practice unless they are yoga-specific socks.

  4. Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.

  5. No food or drink permitted in the yoga space. A water bottle is acceptable.

  6. Please bring your own yoga mat. Rental mats will be provided for $3.00.

  7. Please silence your cell phone and all other electronic devices.

  8. Respect others’ time to meditate before class by exhibiting silence in the yoga space.

  9. Respect others’ personal space and refrain from stepping on others’ yoga mats.

  10. All yoga students must check in at the front desk.

  11. Please arrive fifteen minutes early before your first class to complete the waiver.

  12. Photography, video recording and audio recording without the consent of management is prohibited.

  13. Please return all props and wipe down any studio mats after use.

  14. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any special conditions, injuries or pregnancy prior to the start of class. Consult with your doctor first to determine if yoga participation is advisable.

  15. Always listen to your body. If a pose or posture hurts, do not do it.

  16. Relax, enjoy and be mindful during the yoga practice.


Young adults (ages 12 and up) are welcome to participate in any of the yoga classes if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign off on the waiver.


Children are not permitted to sit in the reception area unaccompanied while parent or legal guardian is taking a class.
