Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It’s based on the Asian concept of life energy and is done by laying on hands. Subtle energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client, and its this energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect for body, mind and soul.

Reiki session that includes intuitive messages I receive and share with you throughout the session. These may include insights about where you feel stuck or current challenges you may be experiencing. Reiki messages are loving, kind, and uplifting. They provide clarity through connection to the higher consciousness, beings of light and at times, our loved ones on the other side.

Distance Reiki

Relax in the comforts of your own home while receiving a complete reiki session virtually. Reiki energy flows far and wide and will reach you where you are at.
