Hello and welcome! I am Linda Scherrer, the founder of Inner Wisdom & Wellness, LLC. I am an Access Consciousness® Bars Practitioner (BP), Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator (BF), Access Consciousness® Body Process Practitioner (BPP), Access Consciousness® Facelift Facilitator (AFF) CFMW, Basic DNA ThetaHealing® Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher (RMT), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with over 500 hours of teaching, and a Certified Essential Oils Coach. I have taken the Eden Energy Medicine Course, Eden Energy Medicine For A Woman, and many other classes to keep growing and learning. I owned a Yoga and Reiki studio from 2019-2021, and before that I spent 25 years as a middle school teacher, during which I obtained my MA degree in teaching. I have a BA in Elementary/Middle Level Education and a BA in Psychology, both from Marquette University.

How did I get here? A little about me :)
I was drawn to the energy services I provide for my own personal healing. So much of my life was spent being a stressed out, overworked, people- pleasing perfectionist trying to get everything “right.” In my head I was constantly judging myself and my body was tired and feeling burned out.
As a self-improvement enthusiast, I was always seeking more, yet holding myself back. I was searching for answers outside of myself and relying on others’ opinions rather than honoring what I knew to be true for me. I was living from “What do they think?” instead of “What do I know?”
Reiki got me started on this path of connecting to my intuition and energy. Access Bars gives me clarity and empowers me to know what I know. The awareness and space that came in after my first Bars session was life changing. I could now see what I had been unwilling to see and I began making new choices.
I learned Access Body Processes when my own body called out for my attention to address an area of concern. Powerful change took place in my body. Amazing what can change when we learn to include the body in our choices and listen to it.
I was fascinated to learn the Access Energetic Facelift once I became aware that it is so much more than an alternate cosmetic treatment! Access Energetic Facelift is a potent body process, that can restore and rejuvenate the cells in the whole body. It’s like a lift for your whole life.
We are all made up of energy and having balanced energy makes it so much easier to navigate the ups and downs of life! Not sure which session is best for you?
